Corporate reporting at Ideas on Purpose (Hilton, Simon, NCL)

Two years of annual reporting at Ideas on Purpose in New York, for clients including Hilton, Simon Property Group, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Wintrust. Each year's report had to feel new while staying true to a brand the client had spent years building, or figuring out how to implement a fresh rebrand in report format. This meant image treatment, text styles, layouts, and the emotions each client wanted to evoke. I worked inside tight guidelines while finding ways to innovate each year.

Complicated illustrations

My favourite assignments were the ones that felt like a puzzle, with multiple stakeholders involved. How do we fit all this content on one spread? How do we visually summarise a complex system so anyone can pick it up? I worked with another designer across two annual cycles with Hilton, and the recurring reports taught me how to manage client preferences and design processes.
